Statement date
We want everyone to be able to use primeserv.com, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technology.
Our commitment
We aim for primeserv.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, speech and cognitive disabilities. We design the apps we build for clients to the same standard, under the terms of each project.
What we have done
- Built pages with meaningful headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
- Made the site usable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators.
- Chosen text and interface colors to meet WCAG contrast requirements.
- Given meaningful images text alternatives, and hidden purely decorative images from screen readers.
- Labeled every form field, described errors in text, and kept what you have typed when a form shows an error or when you open its privacy summary.
- Turned off non-essential animation when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Designed layouts that adapt to small screens and to zoom without loss of content.
How we test
We check the site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA as part of our design and release work, including by:
- using every page and form with only a keyboard;
- testing with screen readers on desktop and mobile devices;
- checking color contrast;
- checking pages with reduced motion turned on;
- zooming and enlarging text to make sure content reflows and stays readable.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Third-party content. Features provided by others, such as the Cloudflare security check that may appear on our forms, and websites we link to, are outside our direct control and may not fully meet our standard.
- Documents. Some documents, such as PDFs we share and files people upload to us, may not be fully accessible. We will provide the information in our documents in another format on request.
We fix issues as we find them, and we welcome your help in finding them.

For visitors in the European Union, we also take account of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the national laws implementing it, where they apply to our services. Our target of WCAG 2.2 Level AA includes the WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria that these laws and related standards commonly refer to.
